Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Delivery of complex large scale network infrastructure tasks leveraging strong program management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and project priorities.
• 7 to 10 years of technical program management experience in Networking or Telecom or Cloud technologies 7 to 10 years of network infrastructure deployment experience and proven track record of coordinating large scale network program/project delivery.
• Expertise in deployment of high-performance, highly available, large scale distributed network and related technologies, preferably in tier one cloud provider datacenters. Good knowledge of network design and deployment scenarios in Data Center, Service provider/ Telecom infrastructure and network POP Space is desirable.
• Good knowledge and understanding of cloud infrastructure, working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) & Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g. Power, Cooling etc.) The ability to make sense of ambiguity and drive outcomes for scenarios with multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with often rapidly changing or ambiguous requirements.
• Track record of making pragmatic business and engineering tradeoffs to create and deliver business value.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail. Very good use of MS office productivity tools – Excel, Microsoft Project, Power-bi, Kusto etc. Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, trade restrictions and associated financial and project controls.
• Well versed in program management methodologies, approaches with PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITILv4, Prince2 certification. Good to have Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP etc.

These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is driving hyperscale cloud network infrastructure deployment projects required to enable new cloud capacity, leveraging knowledge of formal program and operations management principles.
• Working with partners on defining and controlling program scope, creating, and executing committed schedules. as well as maintaining and reporting out program deliverables across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes, including assessment of program delivery capabilities, gathering, leveraging performance data/metrics, establishing corresponding targets, and measurement of on-going progress improvement initiatives.
• Enable/drive and support workflow orchestration, and integration efforts whilst enabling systemic automation along with effective data management.
• Lead with outstanding communication, problem solving, analytical and program management skills. Coordinate with datacenter operations and engineering teams to improve scalable deployment activity and related performance.
• Responsible for end-to-end deployment lifecycle, carefully balancing delivery quality and managing priorities, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet stated business objectives.
• Work independently in a dynamic and high-pressure environment and timely delivery despite ambiguous and changing business requirements.
