Your key responsibilities
- Lead the HR transformation capability and develop go-to-market strategies
- Engage with clients to understand their HR transformation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Help clients to design an HR Strategy that is fit for purpose.
- Drive consulting projects focused on HR Operating model transformation.
- Sell and lead consulting projects for GBS and SSC design, setup and implement for the HR function.
- Oversee the implementation of digital HR solutions, including Workday and SuccessFactors as well as some of the more niche technologies focused on for example the use of AI in the HR function.
- Manage a team of specialist consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop excellent client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products
- Drive business development activities including client presentations and leading pursuit meetings with clients to sell work and be responsible for fostering an open and inclusive work environment.
Skills and attributes for success
- Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Digital HR
- Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering GBS and SSC setup for the HR function, Workday, SuccessFactor.
- Sector experience in Pharma, Consumer, Financial Services or Advanced Manufacturing
- Ability to manage diverse teams on multiple projects and provide direction, inspiration and motivation to team members
- Proven track record in initiating and fostering sustainable client relationships
- Fluency in English, German and French are nice to have
