Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensures data inputs meet input requirements of the FARS Investigation Report.
  • Responsible for working with site Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to establish Official Materials Batch List (OMBL) in support of PIR process and to be applied to Field Action when applicable.
  • Execute FARS reports as need to support ongoing PIRs and Field Actions.
  • Utilize source systems, such as SAP R/3 or SAP S/4, to verify quantities or any other type of information when needed.
  • Responsible for field action Customer Tracking Reports and Returns Tracking Reports.
  • Responsible for generation of various others reports supporting field actions, e.g. Quality Notification (QN) Containment reports, reconciliation and closure reports.
  • Assists the Field Action Team Lead (FATL) as required during the Field Action process.
  • Collaborate with Global Field Action Team on continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related Field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong Excel Skills, including Concatenate, VLookup, Identifying Duplicate Values / Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Maximum Salary: $ 164500

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
