Your role:

  • Ensure timely updates to customer order details as provided by the Project Manager and align factory-confirmed delivery dates with requested dates using ERP and project management systems. Actively communicate with internal and external customers to resolve order alignment issues efficiently.

  • Monitor order shipments through logistical databases and transportation carrier websites to ensure on-time and complete deliveries. Expedite shipments as needed and address any delivery challenges proactively.

  • Serve as a liaison across all functions from order intake to invoice creation, resolving sales order processing issues and ensuring smooth material delivery. Validate and process Defect on Arrival (DEFOA) and Return Order requests within departmental turnaround times.

  • Follow established processes while seeking improvements through Philips Lean culture to enhance efficiencies. Comply with Quality Standards and Philips’ standards of business conduct while completing required training within set timeframes.

  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and meet workload deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred
  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of Supply Chain related business experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of business systems experience (ex: SAP/ ERP systems, MS Office, Siebel) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville is $21.88 to $31.25
