Boston Scientific Production Coordinator - Weekend Shift

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and reacting to delivery SQDC daily/monthly goals
  • Partnering with supervisor or higher-level Production Coordinator to set staffing plan.
  • Consistently attend daily shift passdowns
  • Escalate downtime in a timely manner
  • Communication on component outages as they occur.
  • Thorough understanding of MES/TRS/SAP
  • Executing training plans.
  • Understanding of line capacity, flow of operations, and constraints
  • Supports production by working on production lines up to 70% of the time daily as required
  • Lead by example by using the CI system and encourage team members to enter CIs
  • Participation in kaizen activities.
  • Awareness of lean tools, i.e. 5S, WCG, Line Design, Standard Work, VSP, Time Studies

Required qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with high school diploma/degree/equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

  • MDS III experience

Maximum Salary: $ 63856

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
