Your Impact:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience working on manufacturing projects as a design lead and/or project engineer with 3 years of Life Sciences project experience
• Ability to lead design teams on projects up to $50mm working under the direction of a Project Manager
• Act as a mentor for the Design Leads and other Project Engineers
• Strong safety culture both from design safety, and when working in the office or at project locations
• Experience in the execution of multi-office projects including Globally Integrated Delivery
• General engineering knowledge that are key to the successful implementation of Life Science projects including infrastructure, process, utilities, and support facilities
• Experience in working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to travel to project locations for short term visits to client sites
