You will report directly to our Senior Program Manager and you'll work out ofour Algiers location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of projectexecution, quality assurance, risk management, customer satisfaction, and teamcollaboration. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution ofprojects, contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of the HPSPAS business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation toclosure
• Develop project plans, schedules, andresource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensureadherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, andimplement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate project team members andstakeholders
• Provide guidance and support toproject teams
• Ensure project documentation iscomplete and up-to-date
• Communicate project status andupdates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement andimplement best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in projectautomation or related roles
• Strong leadership and team managementskills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in afast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in project managementsoftware and tools
• Strong problem-solving anddecision-making abilities
