This is a 1 year contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Content Management
Full ownership of all content topics across all marketplace touchpoints.
Manage process to ensure content standardization across marketplaces.
Work closely with the third-party vendor to ensure content and product upload and launch in timely manner.
Schedule for products to appear onsite (or taken down from site) accurately based on campaign guidelines.
Marketing Working Budget Management
Daily monitoring on platform onsite ads to ensure the implementation of brand’s direction.
Manage store's affiliation program in marketplace to get the best return.
Marketing Working Budget tracking and review with key stakeholders.
Key Relationships:
SEA Platform Management team
External Search Agency
SEA Platforms’ Team (Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora)
External enablers front end management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in managing eCommerce/Marketplace (Lazada/Shopee) operations.
Strong project & stakeholder management skills.
Result driven and go-getter personality.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent communicator, with the ability to lead conversations, navigate ambiguity, handle objections, and untangle complex situations into actionable activities.
Excellent team player who can manage & collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion industry.
