Driving continued aggressive growth in our Enterprise business is a continued high priority for 2024 and beyond. In the rapidly growing world of GenAI, multi-modality has and increasingly becoming a requirement. In addition to the Text modality, use cases demand Speech and Digital Human (or Digital Avatar) capabilities. We need a senior segment sales leader to aggressively drive these technologies in the Enterprise and win NVIDIA platform (Software + Hardware) adoption. You will drive GTM (go to market) aspects of the collaboration including but not limited to defining our GTM strategy (industry, partners), sales enablement materials, train partner and field, working with the sales account team on creating and closing pipeline opportunities and provide feedback to the product team based on customer requirements.
What you'll be doing:
Drive the Enterprise business growth of NVIDIA’s Digital Human and Speech AI NIMs/Enterprise solutions. As a senior sales leader, you will have demonstrated experience in creating and driving business growth, working with lighthouse customers for new solutions, and achieving significant volume and scale. This person will be an overlay sales lead and work in virtual teams - including account managers, solution architects, sales operations, industry business development, product management, product marketing and marketing campaign teams.
Provide cross functional Go-To Market (GTM) leadership to grow the business. Define, Document and Align the GTM team on sales strategies and motion .
Build and execute on a robust opportunity pipeline and software revenue for NVIDIA’s Digital Human and Speech AI Enterprise solutions
Engage and interact with customers regularly (daily/weekly), Develop relationships with decision makers - Regular in person interactions (EBC, customer visits). 10-25% travel -domestic/internationalas required.
Define, Document and Drive a scale via partners strategy: GSIs (global system integrators), SDPs (solution/service delivery partners), SPs (solution providers) and OEMs. Win customers via GTM focused partner discussions.
Partner with geography sales teams and Industry business development leaders to drive demand, create and grow opportunities and accounts.
Codify the customer value proposition and define the core sales tools and training to enable the field and channel.
Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input by regions and enterprise verticals. Influence product roadmap.
Establish and develop NVIDIA relationship with key CXOs, decision makers across the Enterprise.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a leading University (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
15+ overall years of sales experience in technology systems and/or software products with strong background inConversational/EnterpriseAI, shaping value proposition at solution level.
Demonstrated understanding of AI frameworks and customer adoption journey with AI.
Possess a wide client contact base, deep domain expertise, and knowledge of sales trends in Enterprise software.
Ability to lead & empower a virtual team of sales managers (and help recruit the best talent).
