Maximize sales, service capture, and customer satisfaction within the Service Maintenance business.
Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues, including invoice disputes and payment concerns.
Cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory by collaborating closely with the equipment sales team, Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), and Field Service Engineers (FEs).
Build robust working relationships with other key commercial and operational stakeholders to drive growth and enhance customer outcomes.
Operate according to defined commercial processes, proactively ensuring that customers' equipment remains continuously covered by GE service.
Achieve high levels of performance against key metrics related to Maintenance Service Agreements (MSAs).
Work closely with the equipment sales team to help win future IB by providing competitive & formal Point of Sale (POS) quotationsMaintain accurate customer records, profiles, and interactions within GE HealthCare’s CRM tools.
Effectively communicate market insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
Ensure data cleanliness by updating systems when discrepancies are identified across the Commercial Service team.
Generate and communicate leads to relevant GE HealthCare colleagues to drive revenue growth.
Execute promotional activities and initiatives aligned with growth programs.
Understand service revenue, analyze and interpret data to drive informed commercial decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on process improvement projects.
Provide support, mentoring, and coaching to team members, including organizing new starter training and onboarding.
Support the Contracts team as a modality expert on MSA pricing, service coverage options, customer issues, and general service inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality processes.
Min 2 years’ experience in Customer Sales Representative role
Strive for customer focused outcomes
Highly developed communication, negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills.
Fluent English with appreciation of ANZ business environment.
Knowledge of marketplace preferred, with a healthcare and/or technical sales background advantageous
Strong administrative skills including the ability to use multiple business systems, Microsoft Office programs and customer CRM tools
Ability to work within a team environment and harness resources to achieve goals.
Experience in coaching, mentoring and guiding other team members
Strong networking skills and ability to build effective working relationships across the organization
Excellent organizational skills
