Key job responsibilities
The TPM for RMTO Data & Analytics responsibilities include:
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Functional Managers to define and deliver analytics tools and insights
• Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes as well as tools to allow customers to self-educate and self-service data
• Partner with stakeholders to develop a data strategy which will enable the future of AI, CV, and ML capabilities
• Lead technical excellence across the data team raising the quality bar of all output
• Translate the requirements of the business stakeholders into technical requests to the partner technical teams
• Utilize agile methodologies to run sprints to deliver data analytics and enable business insights across the full portfolio of RMTO’s services
• Work with partner teams to refine the BI and visualization space across Robotics

- Engineering or Business Master’s degree.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- 3+ years technical team leadership.
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Experience working with manufacturing or supply chain professionals on data driven insights.
