: As a staff content designer, you will lead key end-to-end projects that enhance the buying and selling experience on eBay. You’re adept at finding a path forward as you create scalable and durable solutions, and you drive alignment with your cross-functional partners by engaging in healthy debate.

What you will accomplish :

• Drives key features, products, or initiatives based on company priorities

• Build scalable solutions that set team standards

• Drive a cohesive product narrative and end-to-end consistency in partnership with marketing and customer support teams.

• Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, and collaborate with the Localization team to scale content for global markets.

What you will bring :

• 8+ years professional experience in content-focused roles with 6+ of those years on in-product UX content

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or related field portfolio of work demonstrating human-centered design thinking and solutions

• Experience leading the design process from early concept to launch

• Experience developing a product content strategy for web and mobile, including designing for accessibility and inclusivity
