- 2 years of experience in designing, developing, or troubleshooting Linux, networking, mobile, video conferencing, or voice technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting issues for multiple operating systems.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
