- Work with the Fire Protection Team to prepare designs, hydraulic calculations, stocklisting and installation drawings
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Produce 3D construction drawings and 3D models for different types of fire suppression and life safety systems using Revit, HydraCAD, HydraCALC, and Navisworks
- Lead in-field design validation and preparation of as-built drawings
- Maintain project drawing files, associated records and documentation
- Develop Revit families, standard details, and manage BIM files
- Minimum 2 years of fire sprinkler design experience
- NICET certification for water-based fire protection systems layout
- Proficiency in 3D software, such as Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Experience with HydraCad, HydraCalc, or other sprinkler design programs
