Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment and integration of Checkmarx products within strategic customer operations.
- Technically manage multiple high-priority accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, and Support departments.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and reliable authority focused on customer needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical project management, technical account management, or customer success.
- Proficiency in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate in complex, dynamic environments.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.
- Familiarity with software development, SDLC, and associated development tools (IDE, SCM, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of tools such as Github, Gitlab, Bamboo, Azure Devops, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
