Checkmarx is actively seeking a proficient Service Owner / Technical Project Manager to lead our strategic deployments across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment and integration of Checkmarx products within strategic customer operations.
• Technically manage multiple high-priority accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, and Support departments.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and reliable authority focused on customer needs.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical project management, technical account management, or customer success.
• Proficiency in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate in complex, dynamic environments.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with software development, SDLC, and associated development tools (IDE, SCM, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of tools such as Github, Gitlab, Bamboo, Azure Devops, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
