Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Drafting and sharing analysis for review by the GCO for purpose of preservation and collection of evidence in response to document requests, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas and internal EY policies.
- Conduct review of documents and identify data responsive to subpoenas and other formal requests. Responsible for compliance with document preservation requirements.
- Reviews documents and case materials to gather factual information relevant to matters handled by GCO.
- Reviews and redacts documents to protect confidential client and personal identifying information.
- Familiarity with electronic discovery and the management of large volumes of documents.
- Collaborating with business teams to collect information for drafting business/employment related documentation on varied matters in line with organisational policy. .
- Examine internal agreements/documents against country laws/EY policies to ensure alignment.
- Review and summarize abstracts and transcript data and create indexes so material is easily referenced by GCO attorneys and auditors.
- Liaison with Talent or the business teams to assist the GCO in responding to workers compensation claims/queries.

Experience and qualifications
- LLB with 1-2 years of experience in document review and redaction, and electronic discovery.
