What Will You Do

3 . Report and analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plan and build/discuss potential action plans in all phases with cross-functional stakeholders and the leadership.

Basic Qualifications

1 . 5+ years experience within banking, e-commerce and/or consulting in strategy or operations with deep knowledge in issuing and cards preferred.

2 . You're a self-starter that takes the initiative to seize opportunities whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment, have high adaptability to change and the ability to execute quickly (pivoting from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical responses).

4 . Passion for solving ambiguous and complex problems - experience with demonstrating quantitative and qualitative sources to translate complex problems into clear, concise, and practical solutions. You need to be structured and have attention to detail.

6 . Based in Bangalore, India with flexibility to travel when required across geographies.

7 . SQL knowledge is preferred.
