Responsibilities
- B. Tech/M. Tech in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years’ experience architecting and designing systems with expertise in developer tools.
- Experience with MLOps on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala and familiarity with ML modeling frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of AI and Machine Learning.
- Worked on highly complex technical challenges delivering durable platform capabilities leveraged across the organization
- Experience driving for results across cross-functional teams while maintaining effective working relationships
- Self Starter and have a Bias for Action
- High Rigor on Engineering & Operational excellence
- Experience with leveraging, contributing to and leading open source community projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
- Collaborate effectively with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Platform Engineers to build solutions that delight our customer

- Accelerate the pace of innovation by building quick prototypes for experimentation and scaling successful prototypes into deployed production systems.
- Create a multi-year tech roadmap that enables our team to stay on the leading edge of the rapidly evolving MLOps landscape and leverage the best in class technologies to deliver customer benefits.
- Drive key architectural decisions and contribute to Intuit’s AI/ML platform architecture and strategy.
- Champion technical excellence and operational rigor.
- Mentor junior team mates helping them to grow their skills and expertise.
