Client Account Representative (Malvern, PA)

The role of Client Account Representative is vital as it serves as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, Health Systems, and Clinical Practices, playing a crucial role in ensuring overall account satisfaction.

Your role:

• Deliver effective support to Account Executives, clinics, and health systems via phone, email, and fax.

• Address product and process queries and facilitate interaction with operations.

• Act as the primary contact for designated regions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.

• Handle enrollment/registration of new practices and staff members.

• Comfortable working Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm EST.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of work experience; experience in the medical field or a call center is a plus.

• Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel), intermediate computer skills, ability to work across multiple technical platforms simultaneously, strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and adept at multitasking.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
