In this position, you will also be responsible for performing in-depth trend analysis to support accurate forecasting and planning. Using your strong analytical skills, you will explore innovative mechanisms to transform raw data into first-class business insights that inform strategic decision-making.Key job responsibilities
• Lead the expansion and enhancement of core business metrics in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct comprehensive trend analysis to uncover meaningful insights that support forecasting and planning
• Develop innovative data visualization and automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency and scalability
• Partner with data engineers to ensure metrics solutions are developed in accordance with best practices for data integrity
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment with Amazon's coding standards

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
