Your Key Responsibilities
The primary role of the Structured Finance transaction team is to perform agreed-upon procedures (AUP) to help clients execute securitization transactions successfully. Our responsibilities include asset file review, collateral stratification and analysis, cash flow modeling, bond analytics, offering document review, compliance reviews, as well as the preparation of the resulting AUP reports.
- Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Lead and manage all aspects of large scale client engagement engagements including driving high quality work products, monitoring progress and managing risk
- Develop, maintain and build long-term client relationships and networks
- Generate new business opportunities, staying abreast of current industry and technology trends
- Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs
- Take an active role in leading operational functions within the structured finance team
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years structured finance experience or Master's degree and approximately 3 years structured finance experience; degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline; MBA or MS preferred
- Working knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Regulation AB 1122 compliance reporting
- Demonstrated project management, teaming, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary to meet client deadlines; valid driver's license and passport to meet travel requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, Intex, Moody's Wall Street Analytics, Citigroup Yieldbook and transparency tools of pricing vendors
- Strong communication skills
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience leading structured finance consulting projects within a large financial institution or consulting firm.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $117,300 to $215,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $140,800 to $244,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
