Key Responsibilities
Prepare and drive responses to Tier1/OEM RFIs / RFQs for Digital Chassis solutions (Infotainment, Cluster and ADAS).
Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to promote our automotive semiconductor solutions, targeting key markets and customers.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify market needs and opportunities, translating them into actionable marketing plans.
Create compelling marketing materials, including technical presentations, white papers, case studies, and product datasheets.
Serve as a technical expert and liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing technical inquiries and providing product support.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and inform product development strategies.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and engage with potential customers.
Hosting technical workshops at customers and suppliers presenting technical solutions including HW and SW details on system level addressing customer requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technical data.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
Travel frequently within Europe and occasionally globally to support marketing activities and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in technical marketing within the automotive semiconductor industry.
Experience in customer interaction and relationship management within the automotive industry.
Significant experience working in the Automotive Semiconductor SOC compute industry. Highly technically experienced in automotive digital cockpit and ADAS applications
In-depth knowledge of automotive digital cockpit and ADAS applications.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at both technical and managerial levels.
Robust technical background in software and hardware, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various audiences.
Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience handling multiple projects across different time zones.
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally globally.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English, German, French).
Minimum qualifications:
University degree MS/Diploma: electrical engineering / computer science / engineering science.
10-15 years’ experience in semiconductors industry dealing with automotive compute applications and customer interaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
