What you’ll be spending your time on:
The Senior Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the following:
- Managing software cross-functional projects, from involvement in the discovery stage to creating and owning an integrated work plan, and tracking the projects’ progress until completion
- Ensure the project derives from corporate priorities, OKRs and targets
- Ensure clear and trackable KPIs are defined, covering both operational levers and financial outcomes
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-company stakeholders: Product Managers, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
- Dealing and focusing on Regulation, Compliance and Risk projects that are the enablers of the business
- Managing and understanding dependencies, risks, effort estimations, and cross-functional implications
- Tracking and resolving conflicts during all project phases
- Consolidate data concisely and accurately to help senior leadership members make holistic and data-driven decisions
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and driving software projects or programs in a global environment
- Data driving and strong business thinking
- Managing E2E program & projects plans - Including initiation, requirement gathering, planning and execution of roadmap items, and resources
- Experience with cross functional management, working with R&D, Data, Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Risk
- Planning and Risk management experience
- Experience dealing and communicating with CXOs – Must
- Familiar with agile methodology
- Fluent English, written and verbal – Must
