About The Role

Our sales management team is rapidly expanding in Tel Aviv, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a group of Account Managers and Account Executives driving our emerging markets - Middle East and Africa - forward.

  • Team Building and Management: Build, develop, and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives responsible for our Commercial Accounts territory.
  • Forecasting: Accurately forecast on ARR, cross-sell, retention, and other strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with OKRs and business goals.
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve and exceed ARR and other goals that may be set from time to time, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Hiring and Development: Hire market-leading candidates whose values align with monday.com, and ramp and develop them quickly to accelerate time to productivity.
  • Skill Development: Develop the team’s core skills with insightful feedback, tailored development plans, and a focus on continuous improvement to benefit the business and our customers.
  • Team Culture: Inspire a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability, leading by example.
  • Growth Planning: Develop a significant, sustainable growth plan for the team over the next 3-5 years, in collaboration with regional leadership.
  • Strategic Expansion: Lead monday.com’s expansion upmarket by implementing robust sales methodologies, portfolio and account planning, training, and development programs.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years track record leading high-performing SaaS sales/account management teams.
  • Growth Environment: Comfortable operating in an environment where expectations are geared towards 40% YoY growth, building foundations for significant, sustainable growth.
  • Quota Achievement: History of exceeding team quotas in high-growth technology companies.
  • Sales Expertise: Deep and studied understanding of the mechanics of working with organizations, navigating complex account lifecycles, and Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Solution-Based Sales: Expert knowledge of advising on solution-based sales, ROI playback, and navigating complex lines of influence between various stakeholders (IT, Legal, Procurement).
  • Talent Engagement: Ability to engage, hire, and develop the best sales talent in the market.
  • Methodological Approach: Uses a methodology-based approach to bring the best out of the team, applying it in a practical and supportive manner.
  • Leadership Skills: Leads from the front with transparency, empathy, and accountability.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends, and formulate strategic initiatives accordingly.
