As a Senior Analytics Solutions Associate in Global Customer Platform Data & Analytics Team, you will harness the power of data to uncover actionable insights, drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of the product and the firm. With an expertise in data mining, analysis and visualization techniques, you will transform raw data into compelling narratives that guide our business forward.

Job responsibilities

• Seek to understand the stakeholder use cases empowering you to anticipate stakeholders’ requirements, questions, and objections
• Deliver timely, actionable insights to Influence decisions on GCP platform modernization and data quality management
• Develop data visualization solutions utilizing Tableau that provides intuitive insights to our key stakeholders
• Write data transformation logic in languages such as Snowflake SQL, Alteryx, Python
• Conduct research and development with emerging technologies, determine their applicability to business use cases, document & communicate their recommended use

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• BS/BA in Data Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of experience an analytical role (e.g. reporting/data mining, technology, analytics)
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail skills
• Must have ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and be comfortable manipulating and summarizing large quantities of data
• Strong multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of data structures, data manipulation, metadata, data security, and data quality management.
• Solid understanding of business, systems, data environments, and processes that are necessary for the production and utilization of customer data.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the department to understand their objectives and design, develop and deliver robust data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 2 + years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx and Tableau skills
• In-depth knowledge of J.P. Morgan Chase Customer & Consumer Bank customer data
• Relevant experience in Quant Research and Model Development will be an plus
