Key Responsibilities

  • Market activation – collaborate with commercial team in event execution (eg. live case meetings, case studies, user symposiums, third-party conferences). Include supporting the development of sales force knowledge for product launch, mobilization of KOLs to drive product awareness, develop and support customer education plans.
  • Market strategics – collaborate with sales team and Product Marketing on localized strategic and executive commercial plan. Gather KOL feedback, validate assumptions and support the definition of customer targeting, segmentation and message definition. Identify and define requirements for market development programs to support the introduction of products.
  • Market ecosystem build up – engage KOLs in high-level therapy consensus events (eg. advisory boards, product/therapy evaluations, collection of specific voice of customer feedback). Build up systematic local KOL pools with their specialties.

Requirements

  • Previous healthcare sales and marketing experience ≥4 years
  • TSM experience, or, Field/Local/Product Marketing Manager experience
