As the primary point of contact for UK&I HR-related inquiries, you'll provide exceptional customer support, offering guidance and solutions on a wide range of HR subjects. From addressing day-to-day questions to providing insightful advice on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies, you'll be the trusted advisor our team relies on.
But this role goes beyond just being a resource for questions. You'll be a driving force behind our HR programs and projects, leading the way in their successful implementation. With your expertise and passion, you'll have the chance to shape our employee experience, driving initiatives such as employee engagement programs, talent development projects, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
What sets you apart is your ability to work independently and run projects with confidence. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of initiatives, managing them from start to finish. Your exceptional project management skills and advisory skills will be instrumental in delivering results on time and exceeding expectations.
