Description
In this role you will:Independently drive and own testing of one or more camera features across platforms Design test cases and implement test plans related to functionality, performance, power, stability, and image quality of our camera solution Automate test cases and develop test tools on mobile platformsPartner with development teams and multi-functional QA team to triage, diagnose, debug issues and derive root-causeIdentify trends and highlight potential risks
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
  • Understanding of the camera technologies, image signal processing (ISP) pipeline, 3A, video formats and color space
  • 3 years+of QA experience testing embedded system products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in Python or similar scripting language
  • Strong in developing system and feature level test plans and test cases
  • Must have experience developing automated tests supporting embedded systems or mobile devices
  • Familiarity and experience with command-line operation of operating systems such as macOS or Unix/Linux preferred
  • Strong verbal and excellent interpersonal skills
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
