- Experience in project and process management.

- Experience in executive recruiting (e.g., outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation).
- Experience in delivering executive services, especially board placement.
- Experience in expanding team and performance while being a collaborative team player.
- Understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives.
- Excellent consultative skills to influence executive colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
