Full Time Associates will begin their program with a week of training sessions. These functional and technical training programs are designed to promote professional development and effective work habits during our Associates time here at Citi. Full Time Associates will undergo an orientation to Citi, including business overviews from seasoned professionals within the various Compliance disciplines. The program will offer learning and development opportunities in technical skills as well as building communication and presentation skills.

Your time here will look something like this...

The Compliance Full Time Associate Program is a 2-year rotational program within the Compliance disciplines including Advisory, Compliance Testing, Financial Crime Compliance and Compliance Training. Full Time Associates work closely with management teams and are provided the opportunity to add value to Citi through responsibilities structured to respond to the increasingly regulatory, quantitative, and technical demands of the financial world especially as they relate to Risks and Controls.

• You are currently pursuing a JD (graduating in December 2024 through June 2025)

• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future

*You must possess valid US work authorization in order to be eligible to participate in the Program

Annual Salary = $130,000
