The role:

As a Senior Consultant within People Consulting, you will be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, and delivering client workforce strategy and OD projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and data analysis: Gather and analyse data related to organizational structures, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, and other people-related areas. Use data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.

  • Development and delivery of client projects: Collaborate with other project team members to support the design and implementation of client engagements. Contribute to the creation of project plans, deliverables, and presentations.

  • Understanding and support client challenges: Build rapport with clients by understanding their business and needs. Respond promptly to client requests, provide clear explanations, and communicate suggested actions to the project team. Participate in client meetings and contribute valuable insights.

  • Contributing to business development: Assist in researching and collating relevant information to support business development activities. Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals. Identify client needs and provide feedback to the team to effectively respond to client requirements.

  • Ability to manage complex senior stakeholder networks and relationships: Experience in managing and navigating complex senior stakeholder networks. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

  • Experience with and good understanding of major People Consulting practice areas such as workforce strategy and organisational design and with an interest in change management, learning, leadership development and culture

  • Experience working in a professional services consulting environment or internal consulting function: Previous experience in a professional services consulting environment or working in an internal consulting function is highly desirable. Familiarity with consulting industry practices is beneficial.

  • Proactive approach to client needs: Demonstrated ability to understand and respond promptly to client requests. Actively providing feedback to the team about clients' needs to ensure effective response and service.
