CMF Senior Designer

We undertake the research, conceptualization, validation, peer alignment and executive engagement to deliver high standards of function, aesthetics, ergonomics and value. We also ensure that final proposals are aligned with corporate strategy, marketing requirements, quality and business goals, product specifications and manufacturing standards.

In this position as CMF Senior Designer,you will work on the development and implementation of CMF strategies and designs for our product lines. Your goals will include creating innovative materials palettes, developing sustainable and eco-friendly design solutions, enhancing ergonomics, promoting brand identity, and ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and functional designs that elevate the user experience and align with our brand vision.

You will:

• Work on the concept, development, and implementation of CMF strategies for future products, accessories and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Conduct CMF and trend research to identify innovative materials and finishes
• Develop and maintain a master sample library of colors, materials, and finishes
• Collaborate with industrial designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
• Create detailed CMF specifications and guidelines for production and manage CMF deliverables across multiple product development projects

• 5 + years of experience in CMF design development
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices
• Excellent visual, including rendering, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and strong project management and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Textile Design, or a related field
