Description
- Design solutions for large cross-functional performance initiatives, ensuring seamless user experiences in our stores.- Analyze retail trends and external market research to inform future strategies, creating simple and scalable solutions for all stores.- Coordinate funding, release schedules, issue resolution, resource alignment, and quality standards.- Provide clear requirements for engineering and UI design teams to build new software.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a retail, workforce management, consulting or SaaS company.
  • Experience delivering global enterprise-level employee and consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
  • Up to 20% travel (domestic and international)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Foundational understanding of performance and behavior focused solutions including dashboards, recognition engines, and coaching.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for documenting business requirements.
  • Expertise in writing business requirements and collaborating with engineering and design teams to reduce technical debt and migrate to new architectures.
  • Strong ability to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvements, and represent business interests in solution development.
  • Experience planning and leading software release cycles, prioritizing features, coordinating user testing, and managing communication with partners.
