What a typical day looks like:
- Design and engineer moderately-complex tooling protocols for molds, jigs and fixtures as per product specifications.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis.
- Implement cost effective tool design changes.
- Collaborate with other team members to qualification, sampling and final part approval.
- Provide status reports as per established schedule.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to tool room equipment.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 to 4 yearsexperience. Preferablyfrom manufacturing industry and semiconductor background.
