Description
-Develop project plans, lead, track and report progress to plan and drive solutions to address any/all identified gaps.-Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks, drive engineering discussions and decisions on critical system parameters.-Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.-Identify and engage multi-functional partners for project definition decisions.-Develop and drive multi-functional validation plan for new Si and FW design.-Drive FW bug review and leads development sprint.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS + 3 years of relevant experience
- Engineering or Project Management experience in EE, Battery Management Unit, Modeling and/or Software
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience (preferable Battery or Consumer Electronics – Si IC, Algorithm, and/or Firmware) of taking technologies from concept definition to mass production.
- Experience with low power phones/wearable devices is an advantage
- Experience in embedded SW is preferred
- Knowledge of Battery performance estimation and health, and Battery to Platform interaction
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills as well as the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Experienced in setting up project plans, anticipate potential roadblocks and react proactively to build risk and impact mitigation
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity. Highly adept in multi-tasking of both short-term and long-term activities
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
