Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in pipeline management and sales funnel management.
3 years of experience leading or mentoring sales or delivery teams.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support the client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the digital advertising industry.
Experience leading teams with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring.
Understanding of how the C-suite plans and manages profit and loss for their business and how Google platforms can shape their approach to drive sustainable growth at scale.
Understanding of the media or ads agency ecosystem.
Diverse cultural understanding, and comfortable working with diverse regional and global teams.
Demonstrated success in developing business teams and working towards targets.
