Manageryou will be a key member of the Transition and Legacy team with responsibility for developing a clear business transition strategy and roadmap for the successful launch of the DC in 2027. The ambition is clear: to build an iconic omnichannel DC encompassing the best innovation, automation and design. In this role you will develop and implement plans and processes in support of the business readiness, leading the offense on all change management activities.
The role will be based in the UK, with occasional travel required to our existing Distribution Campus in Belgium and our European Headquarters in Hilversum. The role will require 3 days a week presence on site from April 1st 2025.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You are playing a key role in ensuring business continuity and drive the business change management process for the UK DC from design through to go live and stabilization. You will define the business transition framework and together with key stakeholders own and execute against the business transition roadmap. The role requires building and maintaining effective relationships with internalconsumer facing teams across our European HQ (Amsterdam) as well as logistics functions in the European Logistics Center (Belgium).
