Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Go).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience working with one or more of the following: distributed and parallel systems, networking, developing software systems, or security software development.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience building performant, reliable, and simple-to-develop-on infrastructure.
Passionate for technology with the ability to rally a group around a shared goal.
