Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overall business or technical strategies for content creation that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee content strategy, editorial, and content management across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove blockers and drive alignment
  • Implement and promote content best practices, including frameworks and style guides
  • Conduct content research and integrate insights into strategies and storytelling
  • Establish and oversee processes for content distribution and management to enhance audience engagement.
  • Mentor and guide senior team members in best practices for content strategy and digital marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

As a cross-functional leader, you will manage high-visibility, complex marketing programs from concept to launch—partnering closely with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, cross-disciplinary creative teams and external agency partners. Your ability to navigate between big-picture thinking and operational precision will be critical to delivering multi-channel campaigns that resonate, perform, and scale across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic development and day-to-day management of integrated advertising campaigns and marketing programs in EMEA from inception through delivery. Align with project managers to oversee with a discerning eye for design quality timelines and budgets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, leadership and external agency partners for ATL and BTL work.

  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and creative briefs, aligning program execution with brand and performance objectives.

  • Partner closely with creative teams to guide campaign development, ensuring work meets strategic goals and brand standards and creative integrity to produce high level creative work for the brand.

  • Lead and grow a team of program managers and creative project managers to contribute to building scalable processes and best practices within the team.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and production partners in support of campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in account management, program management, and brand marketing—preferably within a creative agency or a brand environment in the EMEA market

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale advertising and brand programs across digital, social, video, and traditional media.

  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and marketing campaign lifecycles.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, environment.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including media, data/analytics, creative, and production while working in-house at a high-growth brand or Fortune 500 company a plus.

  • Background in a consumer-facing industry such as tech, retail, CPG, or lifestyle.
