Job Description
The role is responsible for managing strategic initiatives, both internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement to drive the development of service capabilities in support of the Applied Global Service growth plan. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with internal stakeholders—such as Product Development, Strategy, FabVantage Field Engineering and Executive Leadership — to ensure measured growth of the service capabilities. The manager will oversee outward-facing communications, support cross-functional alignment, build new content and refine key value propositions for potential customer and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content development and stakeholder communication
Coordinate content creation (e.g., solution briefs, project overviews, thought-leadership pieces) that articulate the value to prospective customers and partners.
Develop new content, such as case studies and white papers, based on developed capabilities and filed data for internal and external partners
Ensure consistency of messaging across content, presentations.
2. Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their input is integrated into program design and execution.
Work with all stakeholders to collect input and put together value messaging to showcase the full potential of the service product being developed
3. Strategic program management and value messaging
Develop and manage strategic programs that highlight our engineering capabilities, ensuring alignment with overall organization objectives.
Understand the value of the capability being developed and prepare and present the content to bring out value messaging
Identify growth opportunities, prospective partnerships, and new growth segments that could benefit from targeted program initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business development teams to gather insights, validate feasibility, and define program deliverables.
Conduct regular checkpoints to keep stakeholders informed about milestones, risks, and potential pivots.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years in technical product marketing, product management and driving strategic initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with engineering and/or technology services; able to communicate effectively with technical and executive teams.
Strategic Mindset & Execution Skills: Ability to align broad objectives with actionable plans and follow through to completion.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to both internal leadership and external stakeholders; can distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships with diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and drive consensus.
To meet minimum qualifications for this opportunity you must have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years in technical product marketing, product management and driving strategic initiatives.
5+ years working in a semiconductor industry or related industry
Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
