Strategic Planning Analyst for Global High Growth Regions.

This role will report to the Director of Strategic Planning for High Growth Regions (HGR) and will be based in India (Bangalore). The person will have responsibility for supporting development and execution of the global HGR strategy. Specific responsibilities include:

• Support annual strategic planning process for HGR global and the regions in collaboration with regional strategy leads as well as local and global SBG/SBU leaders
• Provide cross-business line and cross-divisional support in the areas of strategy formulation, country analysis, industry/market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic alliances/partnerships
• Develop and drive processes for strategy execution across all HGR – work hand-in-hand with local and global strategy leaders to develop executable action plans that support the strategic direction
• Apply strategic insight and analytical rigor to drive deep-dive market assessments and business case analyses of new, breakthrough growth opportunities and emerging/disruptive industry trends
• Build and continuously improve databank of key market indicators (SAM / TAM / SOD) and competitor insights across HGR and lines of business

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy / management consulting and operational roles. The most likely profile would be someone with:

Ability to work with C-level Executives

Ability to lead and influence in complex matrix organization with strong leadership presence

Good understanding of the market trends & insights across emerging markets / High Growth Regions (HGR)
