- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and communications skills
- 5+ years Sales and/or Business Development experience formulating and executing Go to Market strategies
- 5+ years technology experience in one or more of the following services: AI/ML, Analytics, or Database with experience presenting to large audiences
- 3+ years as a Leader of Leaders (Multiple managers reporting to you)
- Experience with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders
- Established track record of earning trust with customer executives (e.g. CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, CISO)
- Breadth and depth in multiple enterprise functional areas in multiple industries
- Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing managing, and executing cross-functional solutions-led go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motion
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Technical background in engineering, data science, or MIS
