Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage and support internal KPI’s.
- Conduct workshops and analysis sessions with the customer to gather functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into robust system and process designs using Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Map client requirements to standard Oracle Application processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Design end-to-end process solutions within Oracle EPM, focusing on EPBCS modules and Narrative Reporting.
- Conduct Functional Fit-Gap analyses, identifying necessary configurations or extensions.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, adhering to OUM (Oracle Unified Method) or Agile methodologies.
- Configure and manage Oracle EPM modules, specifically EPBCS and Narrative Reporting, within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Manage and support CRPs, SITs, UATs, and the preparation of detailed test scenarios and scripts.
- Deliver comprehensive end-user training, along with preparing appropriate training materials.
- Participate in project review sessions and provide insights for ongoing process improvement.
- Provide ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in planning and project management activities, while fostering strong client relationships.
- Monitor and report internal KPIs, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Experience:
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications with a focus on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and Narrative Reporting.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM, including legacy Hyperion solutions and cloud-based applications.
- Successfully completed at least two end-to-end EPM Cloud implementations for products like EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Proficiency with EPM Automate, including managing automations and integrations.
- Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Competencies / Skills:
- Expertise in configuring EPBCS modules (strategic modeling, financial, workforce, and operational planning).
- In-depth understanding of Narrative Reporting for management and regulatory disclosures.
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML tools within Oracle EPM Cloud for predictive planning and advanced analytics.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing EPM processes using AI-driven insights.
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of data management tools and AI-augmented reporting for improving enterprise performance.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured approach to release management and project documentation.
- Agile in learning and adopting new features of Oracle’s EPM updates.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
Education:
- Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in EPBCS and Narrative Reporting (preferred).
- Certifications or experience in AI/ML applications for enterprise solutions (added advantage).
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international)\
