Great candidates will use data and analytic engineering to drive changes across multiple organizations.This role may be located out of Austin, Nashville, or Seattle.In this position you will:- Engineer critical input and output metrics
- Create performance metrics to measure operational performance, identify root causes and trends, and prescribe action plans for delivery stations around the globe
- Manage metrics across multiple projects simultaneously- Communicate with and support various internal stakeholders and external audiences
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Knowledge of how to improve code quality and optimizes BI processes (e.g. speed, cost, reliability)
- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
