Provide strategic financial advice and guidance – working with business partners to develop, size and reflect strategic initiatives in the balance sheet and revenue forecast.
Research strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning.
Lead complex initiatives on matters related to financial research, reporting and consulting.
Drive new initiatives with solid understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
Develop strategic solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of forecasting processes, analysis and reporting.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Auto or other Consumer Lending experience is desired.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Essbase skills.
Power BI, Tableau and/or similar business intelligence tools.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to senior leaders across the organization in order to create understanding and influence decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, develop innovative solutions, build effective partnerships, and manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of financial products with the ability to make the connections between business drivers and balance sheet and P&L impacts.
Experience in developing financial projections and establishing financial goals.
Experience with cost/benefit analysis onprojects/initiatives.
