Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of professional experience in strategy and operations, with a focus on designing and implementing tools, systems, and process improvements in a scaled business environment.
Experience in managing managers and leading vendor management teams and full time employee teams.
Experience in program management, tasks planning, execution, or project delivery.
Experience with enterprise business systems and tools in a commercial environment.
Experience with consumer electronics or hardware products.
Preferred qualifications:
Six Sigma Certified or equivalent practical experiences.
Experience collaborating and influencing across multiple key stakeholders or global functions, including global/regional Sales (on-line and off-line), Product and Marketing, with solid working knowledge of Finance and Operations.
Ability to operate with high urgency, adaptability, and clarity of thought, in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
