Catalog Data team owns data quality and populating catalog item attributes from various sources including AFT processes and selling partners. The team is responsible for ensuring that all inventory items have their catalog information & known barcode linkages prepared ahead of item identification requirements at FCs in order to drive business and runtime decisions when handling the inventory. The team also owns sharing fulfillment data with upstream data providers(e.g., retail catalog) to improve the overall catalog data accuracy.Key job responsibilities
As an engineer on the team, you will be challenged with building innovative and scalable systems that manage Amazon inventory globally. You will own systems end-to-end, from design through implementation, testing, and deployment. You will be empowered to think big, invent on behalf of our customers, make judgment calls and find elegant solutions to hard problems. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
