ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and all policies regulation, ands company rules
Performs technical support activities related to test with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in terms of productivity improvement, quality, and cost
Releases, add, and changes process instruction
Establishes an appropriate performance report
Performs manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving
Supervises technicians in the responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way
Knowledge is limited within a single technical area
Performs multiple project tasks
Is resourceful when solving problems and shows initiative
Uses basic technical skills to complete routine assignments
Works on technical projects of limited scope with instruction
Executes tasks/assignments that are well defined by Staff Engineer/Manager
Exercises judgment in prioritizing work to reduce errors may cause project delays
Able to close supervision on all work and limited decision-making by having scope, methodology, expected timing, and results reviewed thoroughly for completeness and accuracy
Have a good moral, good behavior, and nice working
Contributes to create the Documents and RCO support operation, machines etc
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Informatics, Electronic Engineering , or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
