Brief description:
As a Deposit Product lead you will be working very closely with the Global Head of Deposits, the regional sales leads as well the Deposit Pricing lead, but will also represent the Deposits Practice at various senior forums. This will be achieved through understanding the deposit products palette and its economics, its features for clients and advisors, the technology platform and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests (from regulators to the day to day business). Leadership skills are essential to lead a team of directs that will be managing individual projects and various stakeholders ranging from technology to Legal, Risk and Compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Deposit Product Strategy across the International Private Bank
- Work across product, Credit, Client Services, Risk & Controls, Operations, and other stakeholders/partner organizations to define objectives and key results that shape and inform product and technology prioritization
- Build strong relationship with the Global Head of Deposits, Sales Management leads and various senior stakeholders across regions
- Lead a team of senior project managers, who work deliver complex, multi-year and multi-region, cross functional projects
- Represent the Deposits Products at various senior management forums and committees
Required Qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- 10+ years of financial services experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
- Effective change management and transformation experience, including project and program management that spans business and partners teams within the financial services industry.
- Experience with the product owner model and agile technology development principles.
- Highly collaborative – ability to connect and partner effectively with global teams to influence outcomes and deliver results.
- Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively, and capitalize on change.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written – including excellent presentation skills proven ability to distill complex ideas into consumable and actionable materials.
