Job Area:
The position requires strong expertise in IOT in Retail, payment devices, camera, cellular IoT as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Good basic knowledge of HW, SW Systems and Chipset architecture
Good understanding of complete SoC product life cycle
Ability to do Market Analysis, conduct-in-depth market research to identify new trends, customer needs and competition.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategy for IoT solutions, including market entry, pricing strategy and go-to-market plans.
Translates customer feedback and market dynamics into potential changes to ensure a differentiated product roadmap.
Interact with partners and lead customers to ensure product success.
Work with technology product management and engineering leads to drive requirements into the technology roadmaps
Work with customers and internal engineering teams on customer RFIs, RFQs, and system-level use case modelling & analysis
Achieve Revenue targets by effectively selling IoT solution and services, manage sales pipeline and forecasts.
Work with distribution partners, design partners to expand the business.
Technical knowledge to stay updated on IoT technologies, industry standards and best practices to provide expert advice and insights to clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of Business Development, Product Management, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IoT solutions
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing deals.
Deep understanding of operational aspects like reliability and product test.
Good understanding of Indian IoT market landscapes and regulatory environment
Effective communication skills with cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative environment, including experience in discussing complex ideas with partners, customers, and executives
Willingness to travel as required.
